It's the start of another year. New things and new beginnings. Out with the old and in with the new.

I reckon 2017 as the year of promise and year of changes. It's about taking the bull by the horns, be in the pilot seat, and other cliches we can think of. 

And so in the spirit of resetting the course of our lives in uncharted waters, let us learn to be more discerning at a respectable level not bordering on obsessive-compulsive territory, be more adventurous with just the right amount not to get into sticky situations, and more hopeful enough not to step into an emotional landmine. 

The first of January 2017 has moved way past quickly. Same goes with the recently celebrated CNY before February 2017 took over. 

Gōng xǐ fā cái and make it the best year ever that yesteryears will be jealous about. It's time to take a step forward to get you closer to your life goals. Carpe diem!
